Bengaluru-based fashion accessories brand Qiroko has raised Rs 1.5 crore in a pre-seed round led by ISV Capital, with angel investors also participating, according to reports published on October 30. The startup plans to use its first outside funding to develop new products, expand distribution and strengthen its team.
Founded in 2025 by Shivam Vasisht and Ashwin Krithik, Qiroko focuses on affordable everyday accessories. Its expansion plans include watches and bags alongside jewellery. The business had been bootstrapped before this round, according to Entrackr and Indian Retailer.
The planned distribution push spans Qiroko's direct-to-consumer website, online marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms. Entrackr lists Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Blinkit among its existing sales channels. Qiroko also intends to build in-house brand and content capabilities, rather than use all the capital only for new inventory.
The company claims it reached an annualised revenue run rate of Rs 6 crore within its first year. That is a company-reported operating claim, not an audited full-year revenue figure. A run rate extrapolates sales over a shorter period and should not be read as booked annual sales or proof of profitability.
FundForge Insight: expanding a product range and opening more sales channels can increase reach, but neither establishes repeat demand on its own. For a young accessories brand, the next test is whether customers return and whether a wider range can be supported without weakening service, inventory discipline or margins. Those are questions to watch, not outcomes established by the funding announcement.
